With the help of illustrations taken from examples of completed mining projects, the specific aspects of these projects are identified. The successive phases and their importance as regards time and cost are discussed. The team charged with the execution of a mining project is concerned with management of the time allowed for completion of the project, budget control, purchases and delivery, and status reports. For each of these assignments a description is given of the data processing facilities developed by Sofresid/Sofremines.
