摘要：
The evaluation of two-dimensional systems of interference fringes is time consuming and difficult. The methods for the one-dimensional evaluation cause systematic errors which are discussed. A sufficiently accurate one-dimensional evaluation of interference fringes is possible with the help of criteria which are derived.
