摘要
The present work puts forward a new way to improve the energetic level as well as low signature characteristics of NEPE propellant, by introducing the high energetic ingredients CL-20 to the original formulas. The effects of different composition on the regulated formula are analyzed with the computer program based on the minimum free energy principle. The results show that CL-20 is a prominent energetic oxidizer in the high performance formula design.
