摘要：
Parametric synchronization of a symmetrical tunnel-diode oscillator, achieved by periodic variation of the oscillator's real parameter, i. e. , negative conductance, is discussed. The voltage-current characteristic of the tunnel diode is approximated by a polynomial of the 5th degree. Amplitude curves and the limits of the synchronization bands are experimentally established and are found to be in good agreement with theory.
