摘要
The review presents data on the distribution of sulfate-reducing bacteria (SRB) in the nature, the effect of temperature, redox potential and pH value of the medium, sources of carbon, energy, electron acceptors on the growth and metabolism of SRB. Different types of SRB relations to the other bacteria are considered. It is shown that SRB as a rule are present in sewage treatment plants, they interact in a complex way with the microflora and can be used for anaerobic sewage treatment.
