An automatic drawing system, essentially an interactive computer system utilizing modern technology to render a variety of quality engineering drawings is described. The digitizer is a large drafting table with a cursor attached by a flexible wire. The cursor's location is sensed by the table and its coordinates are sent to a ″black box″ mini-computer when one of five buttons on the cursor is depressed.
