摘要
We measured the second-harmonic signal generated by high-quality zinc oxide single crystals. Comparing this signal with that generated by single-crystal quartz, used as a standard, we found that the components of the second-order susceptibility tensor differ somewhat from the values reported earlier. Measurements of two zinc oxide single crystals with different orientations yield similar results. © 2001 Optical Society of America.
