摘要
Principles and computer models have been developed that provide a foundation theory which applies to any attempt to collect, record, process, and output information. This paper discusses how these theories of human cognition can be applied to the domain of business information systems, and how they can help alleviate many of the problems we are experiencing in using these systems.
