This paper describes the structural changes which occur during both isothermal and anisothermal heat treatment, then the roles of the individual alloying element are discussed. In particular, nitrogen additions are shown to have a beneficial influence on the stability of the two phase structure during high temperature annealing (1000-1300°C).
