The ARC 600 is responding to an actual need. Indeed, it is urgent to safeguard the main and secondary roads network still not reinforced. This process consists in treating the existing road of 33 cm thickness by decohesion, scarifying, mixing, introducing necessary water and binder (cement or bituminous emulsion) in order to prevent the road from freezing. Then, it is possible to lay a rubberized bituminous membrane thick enough to withstand the traffic. Mobile, small, strongly built, the ARC 600 is equipped with a 600 horsepower engine and with 2 rotors furnished with tungsten carbide teeth. For middle hardness foundations, the ARC 600 performances are from 3 to 4,000 square meters for eight hours working. This engine is supplied with all modern verification equipment: thickness of treated road, proportion of cement or bituminous, volume of water.
