Method of signal cycle calculation which is based on the saturation flow rate

摘要：
A new traffic actuated control scheme makes the green time elastic according to the traffic demand. Without lowering the traffic quantity and inspite of making the green time of the main road shorter at some intersections, occupancy of the subordinate road and the traffic at the intersections fell by about 15%.
