摘要
The conditions for the appearance of convection are analyzed and estimates are obtained for the maximum Rayleigh numbers in the tubular conduit of an underground optical waveguide line. The range of variation of the convection conditions is established as a function of the tube diameter. Optical measurements have been made that demonstrate the mechanism of the effect of convection on the position and phase stability of the light beam.
