摘要：
The paper describes the main aspects of a research activity led to optimize capacitors to be used in synthetic high voltage tests at CESI laboratories. Laboratory research and service experience have enabled to verify the reliability and the correct behavior of capacitors impregnated with new biodegradable fluids replacing PCB's. This kind of project, set up by Ducati Elettronica, can be widely used in this specific sector although several design criteria could be extended to other application fields such as HVDC.
