摘要
The performance of personal respirable aerosol samplers for use in measuring hazardous concentrations require the estimation of sampler accuracy. The sampler's imprecision and bias relative to standards were considered to establish a statistical foundation for the estimation of measurement accuracy. The effect of such performance criteria, rather than sampler design specifications, was to encourage the use of a variety of accurate samplers and also develop improved samplers.
