摘要
The aim of this work was to examine the effect of the structure of the weld metal on the kinetics of absorption and generation of hydrogen and the hydrogen embrittlement susceptibility of the metal. The increase of chromium concentration of the weld metal in electroslag welding of type (ESW) 09KhG2NABCh steel with Sv-10Kh2GNBYuCh wire reduces the chemical cellular-dendritic heterogeneity of cast metal in comparison with ESW with SV-10NYu wire, thus reducing the intensity of the processes of carbon segregation. An increase of homogeneity of the structure of cast metal (1. 1%Cr in the weld metal) increases the area of the interphase boundary and adsorption capacity of the metal.
