The paper puts forwards the web-based integrated information system in a creative way. The authors define the system, expound its characteristic and analyze its composition, its architecture and its application system, which includes web-based knowledge management system, Web-based globe manufacturing system, web-based globe business system. The authors expound its signification finally.
