摘要：
A technique is suggested for analysis of the probabilistic characteristics of measurement errors of multidimensional processes parameters in finite iterations number of the pseudogradient measuring procedures. The technique is considered on an example of parameters measurement of interframe spatial images deformations with allowance for the possibility of computation expenditures reduction.
