摘要
To create antifriction self-lubricating plastics, polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) obtained by polycondensation of p-dichlorobenzene and sodium sulfide was used as the polymer binder. A study was made of the structurization of PPS in a composition containing an antifriction filler - molybdenum disulfide, and it is shown that the following structural changes occur in PPS during heat treatment: amorphization, elongation and branching of chains, and crosslinking between macromolecules. The antifriction characteristics of antifriction self-lubricating plastics based on PPS and molybdenum disulfide were investigated at various temperatures, and it is shown that friction and wear of the material depend on the structure of the PPS, in particular, on the mobility of the macromolecule chains and segments at various temperatures.
