摘要
A city refuse incineration plant with fluidized bed boilers was recently put into operation in Tokyo. The plant is designed not only for refuse incineration, but also for recovery of reusable resources. A power-generating plant designed to utilize the waste heat to generate the power output of 3,000 kw, and additionally, various incidental facilities. The controlling system for this center is unified for the total range from the control of operations to the control of the plants by the combination of the various individual equipment in the facilities with the computer system.
