摘要
In Donetsk Polytechnical Institute the technology of oil agglomeration, dressing process of high-ash flotation reject and ground intermediate products and sludge accumulator slimes, has been developed and tested. During turbulization in water medium with hydrocarbon liquid, naturally hydrophobic or hydrophized coal particles form agglomerates bonded to each other by oil film. Agglomerates transform into tight granules of spherical shape with size of over 1 mm which easily separate from suspension, containing hydrophobic particles on stationary sieves with 0.5 mm split size or on other dehydrating apparatuses. Product humidity during its outlet from sieve surface is 15-17%, and that after draining for 1 day is not more than 5-7%.
