摘要
Most power and signal integrity problems encountered in systems built with present day digital devices are traceable to inadequate timing margin for worst-case device and interconnection delays. The nearer the system operates to the limits of device and interconnection technology, the greater the chances of serious timing errors. To utilize the fast potential operating speed of modem digital devices, the functional design, the interconnection and the power distribution system cannot be separated.
