摘要
The formation of directional pattern of millimeter and submillimeter phased array by means of holographic and fiber optic technique is considered. The method is based on the spatial modulation of wave front which may be produced by the control of excessive charge spatial distribution in the semiconductor panel. The transfer properties of this panel depends on the number of carries which is controlled by the photoexcitation or the electron beam. The dependence of semiconductor panel reflection coefficient on the intensity and modulation frequency of photoexciting radiation was conducted. It was shown that silicon is the best from semiconductors investigated. To produce the required phase distribution it is proposed to place the row of dielectric waveguides over the hologram.
