摘要
The impact of cooling microclimate, high-level dust concentrations and fungi cells present in the work zone air on the incidence of respiratory disease in workers engaged in dismantling of old dwellings in the process of capital repairs is pointed out. Of 108 examined bricklayers and erectors 73 had chronic bronchitis and frequent respiratory diseases. High-level contamination of the upper respiratory tracts with Penicillium, Aspergillus, Hueor and Alternaria fungi is established in 80% of the examined population. Due to the antigen-related precipitation reaction specific immune changes have been identified in 10 workers. It is recommended to use mycologic and serologic investigation methods for early diagnosis of mycotic respiratory lesions in workers engaged in capital repairs.
