This review is the result of a literature search through 1984. The only investigation of the ternary system is by A. Raman and K. Schubert and is concerned with some of the intermediate phases, their homogeneity ranges and crystal structures in a limited composition range. No data are available on the liquidus, solidus, mode of formation and stability of the phases within the entire composition range. Information is given on the crystal structure and lattice parameters of the Ga-Zn, Ga-Zr and Zn-Zr systems. 21 Refs.
