Attestation peculiarity of nondestructive testing specialists for 111-grade qualification of European and American standards in Germany

The personnel attestation system on the third level of qualification by independent attestation organization sector Cert (Germany) is described. It is concluded that the practice of qualification examination in European organizations must be continued in order for the home attestation departments have been completed with personnel for every testing technique to suit American and European standards requirements.
