As the world turns - electronic 'country' publications

With respect to the present global economy, all business research can be considered to 'international' business research. In order to obtain a reliable information regarding the economy, demographics, political and physical environment of a country including its lifestyle and culture, the information source should be authoritative and consistent. In general, there are two main sources for international country research; statistical publications and texts. In this study, only the textual sources are examined. The emphasis is directed towards EIU publications available in electronic format and also on new CD-ROM products which can be used by researchers with ongoing needs for country intelligence.
