摘要
The first native furnace devices with intralayer solid phase circulation applicable to classic and circulating fluidized bed modification were developed in early 80-th Experiments at the CBTI (Central Boiler Turbine Institute) Scientific-Industrial Association (SIA) stands took place before pilot-scale and full-scale production of such furnaces devices and boilers. Investigation results have been analyzed for all the stages. Boiler constructions have been described. The problem of flame tube reliability and different possible combinations of circulations flows and tube system element have bank realization is of the greatest importance. The condition of minimum abrasive wear has been noted to specify the tube reliability dependence on a character of particle circulation in a flow. The basic test boiler indices - balance, thermal, and ecological, have been presented for boilers working on crushed coal in the Karaganda coal basin.
