摘要
The principle by which many gas sensors work is the measurement of the change of physical properties caused by gas adsorption. In this paper, gas adsorption, as a central functional principle, is described as a process with two states S1 and S2. The number of adsorbed molecules is calculated considering the equilibrium between the gas space and these states. Two examples for the efficiency of this theory are shown.
