Rayonier is planning to spend $25 million in upgrading Jesup mill to reduce chemical and energy costs and improve water quality. Rayonier set up latest equipment and process changes in two installments during the mill's regularly scheduled fall maintenance outages. The capital expenditures are not expected to cause the company to exceed.
