Application of seal harmonic gear drive in the vacuum revolute filter

The seal harmonic gears drive is a new type of the seal drive, which is characteristic of transmitting motion into sealed space and having no use for motional seal, the large transmitting radio and the simple structure. Therefore, it can bring about complete seal without other seal structure. Its simplity, and low equipment cost can't be matched by other seal. When it is in use for the vacuum revolute filter, it can help solve seal problem permanently, reliably, and contently. The paper introduces mainly the work principle of seal drive, the working-out of drive plan, the total structure design and the design and calculation of main parts.
