Smurfit-Stone Container Corp., Chicago, has completed the bankruptcy reorganization of Florida Coast Paper Co., L.L.C., a joint venture owned 50 percent each by Stone Container Corp., a subsidiary of Smurfit-Stone, and Four M Corp. As part of the plant, Stone paid about $123 million into a trust fund to satisfy the claims of all creditors and pay expenses.
