摘要：
The chemico-physical characteristics of aluminum cause considerable difficulty in the welding of this material. The high level of specific power and the restricted area involved put laser technology in the position of being most promising for resolving these difficulties. This paper discusses the welding of aluminum using laser beam technology and presents the most significant experimental results.
