摘要
For a number of years electronic heat cost meters for recording the heat consumption of radiators have been on the market. In many cases, where the reduced heat requirement and higher energy costs make the heat cost recording with evaporation systems imprecise, these electronic methods provide a viable alternative. In his report the author describes in detail the specific properties of these electronic heat meters and compares them with evaporation meters.
