摘要：
The chain of sampling via the specimen preparation up to the actual measurement is influenced at all partial stages by errors of very varying types. Hence, a representative sampling performed with great effort can be nullified by an unsuitable measurement method which is subject to large negative uncertainties. The sampling method should be co-ordinated with the raw material, in order to obtain a maximum degree of uncertainty for minimum expense.
