摘要：
Different thermal treatments using electron gun heating have been applied to boron. The complete analysis of both bulk samples and thin layers allows to study the purification of boron by volatilization and segregation of the impurities. A clear correlation has been drawn between the purity of boron and some mechanical (Knoop microhardness) and electrical (room resistivity, thermoelectrical power) properties.
