With 85 employees and an annual production capacity exceeding 33,588 mt, Domfer Metal Powders Ltd. has maintained its position in the iron powder industry for past few years. Iron powder is made here via a hybrid water atomization and reduction process. Domfer produces about 25 grades of iron and steel powders for P/M, friction and welding applications in addition to cast iron powder. Its P/M product line includes low alloy sinter hardening grades and prealloyed manganese sulfide powders for improved machinability.
