摘要
In order to manufacture high-quality porcelain products it is necessary to apply special mortars for strength binding of refractory products in structures. Special properties of the mortars are provided and studied. A number of mortars containing mainly Na2O-B2O3-SiO2 and Na2O-Al2O3 systems is studied. The mortars are designed for binding the refractory products in structures operating at 900-1000°C in cyclic conditions, in particular in conditions of body firing of porcelain products in tunnel furnace. The special mortar has been developed using the available materials which can be applied in production.
