A method is considered for constructing two-dimensional models of the finite element method to determine (using the experimental-numerical procedure) the stress-strained state in the zones of plane-stressed parts of complex structural elements round the holes stiffened by plane straps. Applicability of the method to practical calculations is illustrated by the results of the studies of stress concentration in the lug with floating straps.
