摘要
Steel containing 0. 15% C, 0. 20% Mn, 0. 025% P and 0. 01% S was melted in an induction furnace. Flux was mixed, baked or premelted with different proportions of CaO, CaCl//2, CaF//2 and mill scale. A flux composed of 40% CaO-40% Fe//2O//3-20% additive was used for dephosphorization during tapping. Phosphorus was below 20 ppm after treatment.
