Effect of the Crystallization Rate and Heat Treatment on the Structure and Properties of a Cu-CuxZr Eutectic Composition.

摘要
A study was made of the microstructure and microhardness of a Cu-Cu//xZr eutectic composition as a function of the crystallization rate and heat treatment. It was found that the microhardness is determined by the degree of dispersion of the composition and the ″phase-structural″ state of the matrix, i. e. , by the quantity of the second component dissolved in it and by the presence of inclusions of the second phase.
