Process Computer Software, TRIPLEX - Software System for Process Control.

The prerequisites on the hardware side for a multiprogramming system for process control with calculable short interval pulses (real time), as well as the design of a management system derived from it, are described. The software parts of a management system, realized for the control of processes in a research department for static and dynamic tests, are presented according to their importance and considered in their mutual relationship. A report is given of the results of almost two years of experimentation and the prospects of the possibilities of extending a system of this kind while maintaining the overall concept are evaluated.
