摘要
Process control must be preceded by an analysis of process parameters and their influence upon the economical production of high quality parts: With this in mind, the authors examine melt cushion, back pressure, screw speed, injection rate, holding pressure, holding pressure time and change-over point from injection to holding pressure. Variations from one batch of molding compound to the next can, as the authors show, be compensated by varying the nozzle cross-section. Finally, the possibilities of process control are discussed. This is likely to be confined to maximum precision thermoset moldings, for economic reasons. For figures see German text.
