摘要：

This article provides an update on Teksid's Policast process technology, based on production lines in both the Crescentino and Carmagnola foundries. Although inlet and outlet manifolds dominate the product mix, other castings including spheroidal graphite iron components are being introduced. In a description of current practice, special mention is made of the development of electroformed tooling for pattern production.
