This survey is devoted to apparatus-independent decisions of the company Alcatel Genesys as a world leader in the computer software for call-centers. The program Platform Genesys has an open multilevel architecture with the core being the operational program medium Genesys Framework. The packet Network Routing provides calls distribution control at the intelligent network level.
