摘要：
To solve some of the problems involved in moisture metering for power-generating coals, in particular in choice of measuring systems, evaluating their sensitivity, optimal adjustment, and calibration, it was necessary to have a data bank of frequency-moisture characteristics for coals of the large fields. The work described in this paper has been devoted to investigating dielectric constant and tangent of the angle of losses on moisture content of coal and frequency of electrical field for pulverized Moscow District coal, and also the effect on these parameters of ash content.
