摘要：

Due to the innovations in the insert manufacturing process, carbide inserts are coming in some different and unusual shapes these days. To promote machining at low cutting forces, low power, high stability and longer tool life while maintaining high strength is the reason for designing the helical cutting edge. Its unusual shape enables machining of shoulders with square corners with high flatness.
