摘要
A new dye dispersant has been developed by chemical modification of lignosulfonate, the potentially most abundant aromatic polymer from renewable forest resources. This dispersant exhibits unique performance properties in disperse and vat dye systems: high heat stability, low fiber staining, low azo dye reducing and low foaming tendency. Because of its versatility and cost/performance characteristics, the modified lignosulfonate offers an attractive alternative to those synthetic dye dispersants derived from petrochemicals.
