The magnetic moments of the Dy and Co sublattices are collinear and ferromagnetically ordered in the basal plane up to 300 K; above 375 K the magnetic structure is collinear, ferromagnetic and the moments are oriented along the C axis. The temperature dependences of magnetization are determined together with the angles of orientation in relation to the C axis, and the second-order anisotropy constants on the ion Dy**3** plus and parameters of sublattice exchange calculated.
