ANALYSIS OF THE BUCKLING BEHAVIOUR OF STRUCTURES.

摘要
Two methods have primarily been used for the buckling analysis of elastic structures using the finite element method. The method proposed is applicable to problems with conservative, one-parametric loading and to situations which are ″close″ to a bifurcation situation. This includes true bifurcation buckling, as well as snap-through buckling, provided there exists a neighboring true bifurcation configuration.
