摘要
Research activities in Japan are reported of a compact electron storage ring (test ring) and on ways of making a compact synchrotron radiation (SR) system. In this test, the authors succeeded in obtaining an approximately 340 ma beam current storage at an injection energy of 160 Mev and made a significant start towards making the injector in the SR system more compact. This report discusses the future development and utilization of this compact test ring, which has an average diam of 4 m.
